Event details can change quickly. A candidate should open the official calendar on the evening before travel and again on the morning of the event.

Emirates has postponed events in other locations, demonstrating why a dated copy of this article cannot replace the live status.

Four France venues

Candidates should calculate arrival time from the exact address rather than the city centre in general.

The 9:00 a.m. time is the event start, not a suggestion to arrive at 9:00 after searching for the room. Allow time for transport, venue entry and identification.

The page does not publish parking, cloakroom or companion facilities for each French hotel. Contact the venue only for logistics it can answer, not recruitment decisions.
