SpeakShark is an AI-powered English pronunciation practice platform that provides real-time feedback through conversations with AI teachers.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Free and Paid Plans

The Free plan includes limited daily sessions. The Pro plan provides unlimited access. Paid subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to circumvent usage limits, using the Service for purposes other than language learning, or interfering with other users.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by SpeakShark. Your recordings and practice data remain yours.

7. Limitation of Liability

SpeakShark is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
