What "3 free sessions a day" means
- Each session is several minutes of open conversation, not a 30-second drill
- Quota resets at midnight UTC, every day, forever
- One AI teacher: Ms. Sarah (American English)
- Two of the ten topic categories (rotated so you can sample the breadth)
- Last 7 days of session history (older sessions auto-expire)
- Basic pronunciation feedback (overall score, no phoneme detail)
When you'd hit the free limit
Most learners stay on free indefinitely. You hit the limit in three common cases:
- You want longer or more frequent sessions than 3/day
- You want British, Australian, or Canadian English (not just American)
- You want phoneme-level feedback to fix specific sounds
When the daily quota runs out, you can wait until tomorrow at no cost, or upgrade to Pro for unlimited sessions. There is no surprise charge.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from your account's billing page. Your Pro subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, so you keep everything you already paid for. After the period ends, your account reverts to the free tier and your data stays intact.
No retention dark patterns, no email gauntlets, no "please don't leave" popups. One click in settings.
Refund policy
All payments are final. We do not issue refunds under any circumstances, including partial billing periods, unused sessions, and plan downgrades. The only exception is where a refund is required by the law of your country.
