2,700-functionary recruitment timeline

The recruitment is commonly described as a 2025 competition because applications and testing occurred in 2025. It also has a 2026 result intent because validated winner lists were published the following July.

The correct article date label is therefore 2025-2026, not a fictional 2026 exam day.

Written test dates, sessions and venues

Each venue ran morning and afternoon sessions on all three dates.

Candidates were assigned by declared residence and surname range. Changes of date, time or location were not accepted.

The nine venue cities were:

The individual participation note arrived shortly before testing at the candidate's certified-email address. It included the exact appointment and a QR code required for entry.

The diary grouped foreign-resident candidates with Lazio and Tuscany at the Rome venue.

Where English appeared

The notice defined one computer-based multiple-choice examination. During that test, Agenzia delle Entrate also assessed:

English did not have:

The detailed diary repeated that English and computer competence would be assessed during the written test. It did not convert them into separate papers.

The notice left operational question counts and marking detail to later administration rather than promising a fixed English subsection.

A page claiming five, ten or fifteen guaranteed English questions without citing the actual administered questionnaire is going beyond the competition notice.

Lazio's 463 included 170 positions for Central Structures. Some regional figures also included posts for territorial sections handling illicit-practice controls.

Candidates competed under the location structure declared in the application. The existence of 2,700 national jobs did not create one undifferentiated English ranking.
