The official Epernay centre controls capacity, fee and venue for September 12. Reims controls the same details for September 26.

Reims closes earlier relative to its exam. A candidate cannot use the later test date as evidence that there is more registration time.

Contact the centre before the cutoff because the public table does not show seats. Ask for the fee, final venue, Speaking date, accepted ID and cancellation rules.

Both French sessions are digital

The written components are delivered on a computer at an authorised centre. Digital does not mean a home test.

A2 Key for Schools remains available globally in paper and digital form, but France's public September table contains only these two digital entries.

The standard adult A2 Key paper exam was withdrawn after its last June 2026 session, while A2 Key for Schools continues in both formats. That distinction matters when an older article lists adult paper dates later in the year.

The France calendar listed later Schools sessions in Paris, Aix-en-Provence, Lyon, Sophia Antipolis, Strasbourg and Colmar. Paris had a paper date on October 17 and another on December 16.

If September 5 or 6 has passed, move to a verified later centre. Do not confuse A2 Key for Schools with the A2 English visa-extension test, which concerns a different legal and provider context.
